„For the 2021 edition of her Collector's Box of La Vache Qui Rit, artist Rosemarie Trockel has made a short film about the project herself. A “road movie” with a female character who goes to the fresh produce section of a supermarket to pick up this artistic edition and takes it by car through the countryside to a meadow where cows are grazing. The three colors are always those of the brand and the French flag, the music is also original and the ending is an ironic face-off: what does the animal world recognize from its smiling humanization?“ - Silvia Guerra, project curator
